We be having unexpected problems with his work on our new home build. The first roofer leave a leak, which he don't come fix. The second one fix the leak, but he damage the chimney when he do, and we have to rebuilt that. Our driveway be cracking now it look like it sinking. He got good drywaller straight up guys, but get this- a lien on our home that say theft of services. Paying him like $12 large out of our own pocket. We still be waiting for that check. This guy trouble.

None. Get another general contractor.

Really cannot think of any. Subpar contractors galore.

He uses low quality subcontractors. They will end up with liens on your new home as he intentionally uses these people to avoid paying them their fee. Get lien waivers, or better yet use another general contractor
