A large number of machines, both washers and dryers, are out of order. The “bano” is substantially broken. On top of this, the manager is unresponsive to customers. I put four quarters in a dryer only to find that the only temperatures that can be set are high and low: too hot for my polos and too low to dry jeans. When I asked the so-called manager, he said that I could switch to another machine but I wouldn’t get a credit for the time lost from the broken machine. Additionally, this place is supposed to be 24/7 but the manager decided to close early so I had to leave with wet clothes.
