Dr. Weaver joined Eye Associates of North Florida in 1990; he was born in Orlando, Florida, and raised in Austin, Texas. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University, earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 1986 and completed his Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.
