Comment: Carpet cleaning service was scheduled to today and I called in the day before to confirm my service and I was told that the technician will contact me between 2 to 5pm today. I called the office early today to reconfirm and was told with the same thing. So I moved all the furniture to make things ready for the technician and then waited. It is 5:35pm now, nothing happened, no phone calls and I called the office a couple of times, no one answered the phone. I understand things can get busy but I think it shouldn't be that hard to give us a quick phone call to let us know that there is a delay. I am very disappointed with sears cleaning service, which is the worst home service that I ever had!
Pros: skilled massage therapists, pleasant, comfortable, clean studio
Comment: I haven't been there in quite awhile, but did go weekly or biweekly for awhile. Camille and Barbara are excellent, caring and skillful. The massage studio is pleasant, comfortable, and clean. And after shoveling this snow today, I need a massage! Five stars!

Comment: Signed a contract on March 6, 2018 and gave $2059.50 deposit. My first sign should have been when it took over 2 months to get a permit. Went through a saleman and 2 production managers between March and July. I reached out to the owner, Mr Damon Taylor, in late July to help with the situation. He assured me a date of August 9. Day before they were supposed to start, he told me he couldn't get a dumpster. How do you not plan for a dumpster when you are scheudling 2 weeks out? It was just one excuse after another after that. I left messages asking for my money back and that I needed to move on and find someone else. In late August he assured me that he would have it done within the next few weeks. I never heard from him again. I left several messages the last week of Sept asking for my money back. He did not return my calls. Finally I sent an email threatening legal action. He emailed back right away stating it was the first time I had asked for my money back and that I needed to send a written cancellation, which I immediately provided. The next week I followed up to see when I should be expecting my money. He told me he hoped to have it out that week but it wouldn't be in certified funds as I requested. After a few back and forths, he told me to "shut up and stop being a ____" and that he had 30 days to return my money (flat out lie, as that's not mentioned in the contract anywhere). Well, it's been 40 days since I gave my written cancellation as requested and still no money. He has lied to a division of the Florida Attorney General's office and has lied to the BBB. Overall, he's a liar and a thief with no conscience whatsover. You should be ashamed of yourself, Mr Taylor. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN, HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

Comment: If I could give zero stars I would! This is absolutely THE WORST auto repair shop I have EVER experienced! My car broke down and I needed it to be towed. Unfortunately for me, it was towed to Blue Ridge in Walnutport. I have NEVER had such awful service! My car was overheating and after explaining this to them, they told me that they would be able to fix it. It took them a FULL WEEK to even LOOK at my car. Finally after they called and said it could be picked up and it broke down from overheating THE VERY NEXT DAY! I had to take it to another mechanic who said that because of the work that they did, they completely blew out my radiator. SO THEY LITERALLY MADE MY CAR WORSE! And they charged me $775 to ruin my car! After calling them back and explaining that they didn't fix the problem I took it to them for, AND made my car even worse so that I had to take it to another mechanic THEY WOULDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!! I asked for a refund, even partial, since they made my car worse than when I brought it to them, and the only thing they would do is instead of charging me $1,300 for the repairs my car still needed, they would charge me $1,100 TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED!!! After saying that I already had my car being fixed by another mechanic, THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE!!!! THEY COMPLETELY SCREWED ME OVER AND RUINED MY CAR!!!! I sincerely hope that if you are considering taking your car to Blue Ridge, after reading this you change your mind!! I really hope that my story of how awful they were will help someone else to not get screwed over by them like I did!

Cons: Discovered when we switched the pool to salt water, the A & A Pool Service owner/installer left a paper clip attached to the Hayward Aqua Rite control circuit board. Paper clip was found by Hayward service provider. This resulted in an out of warranty repair/replacement.
Comment: Owner told us: "Find another pool guy". And, we did!
