Pros: Pros - When it was Rose, a beautiful person who gave it her all for people with special needs to which she loved dearly. Her love for the Village which she created in 1992 was genuine and real. Her sincerity was genuine, her honesty and integrity was above all others, her kindness and giving spirit was one of a kind. 

Cons: Cons - when it was no longer Rose, the Village lost all its dignity and decency for what it was supposed to be. A Village for those with special needs. No one can or could ever replace Rose. Her human spirit and intentions were of the kindest, genuine, and honest regards for the people to which the Village was created for. Her Blue Roses.

Comment: Build friend up just to watch him fail left his friend when he was in need of a friend. . Anyways moral of the story is if you're going to friend someone don't just make them feel confident for a little bit and then leave them stick by them even if they are having problems or doing dumb things because that's when they probably need you the most.
