Colorado Pilates Organization (CPO) is composed of professional Pilates instructors and studio owners in Colorado whom share a common desire to help special populations and individuals in need with the benefits of Pilates and to build community within their industry.

Colorado Pilates Organization was started by Studio Owners/Pilates instructors, Amy de Sá and Clara Gelatt whom both shared the vision to bring Pilates to everyone. With a common interest and passion to help others with their craft, CPO was created.

Today Pilates instructors and studio owners across Colorado bring their wisdom and dedication to help the minds and bodies of numerous individuals whom would not normally have the outlet, resources or abilities to access its services.
