Texas Hill Country Olive Company is family-owned artisanal olive orchard. The company began in 2008 when we purchased 17 acres of land in the picturesque town of Dripping Springs, TX, with the idea of planting olive trees. Since day one the focus has been on preserving the natural beauty of the area while providing fresh locally produced extra virgin olive oil and other premium quality products.

The Terrace Club was founded in the Texas Hill Country, an untapped naturally beautiful area. The only thing missing from it was an all-inclusive wedding and special events venue to take advantage of the gorgeous views. Since the day The Terrace Club opened its doors in July 2000, we have been providing unparalleled service and breathtaking scenery to the lovely brides and grooms on their big day!

We did our very first wedding back in August 2000, and in 2006, after 6 years as the company’s CEO, Hunter and her husband Pat decided to buy the Terrace Club from her sister and brother-in-law. Since then, it has flourished and turned into the prime location for weddings in Dripping Springs, which was named the “Wedding Capital of Texas.” As one of the most upscale and revered venues, we provide unmatched and unparalleled service, breathtaking views and exquisite catering.

Hunter and Pat have proudly made the The Terrace Club a part of the Dripping Springs community. They have hosted many local events and is the home of the Dripping Springs Women’s Club’s monthly meetings and the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce.
