Our newest location (in Westfield, IN) is located on the northwest corner of Main Street and Highway 31. Our office is a full service eye care facility where patients can access a range of services from routine eye exams to advanced ophthalmology. We also have offices is Kokomo (our home office), Logansport and Peru.
