Free wireless internet is available in most of our properties, and we handle all of the lawn maintenance for each property. We currently offer All-Bills-Paid apartments and a few pet friendly units near Texas Tech University. There are numerous barber shops, salons, dry cleaners, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. located right next door to our student housing.
