I will program / reprogram lap tops, but generally I don’t offer many services for laptops. They are disposable computers that are very susceptible to overheating just by the virtue of the design. With undersized fans that spin extremely fast, they create a lot of noise and are miserable for much more than note taking or for someone who needs the portability of a laptop.
