Dr. P. Phillips YMCA is a Family Center with a variety of programs and services. Members can take advantage of our state-of-the-art Wellness Floor equipped with TechnoGym technology, group exercise classes (including Les Mills), wellness coaching, personal training, safe and enriching child development, youth sports, aquatics and more.
