The 17 story building was designed to reflect both the historic brick character of the surrounding warehouse district and the tower will be an elegant reflection of the other buildings around it. The project is fed by steam from its direct neighbor, providing an incredibly efficient and green source of energy. Cyrene is named for a beautiful ship built and docked in front of the site a century ago. Playing off its theme of timeless elegance, it will have the highest level of finish in the surrounding area.
