Cougar Ridge Apartments are the perfect fit for any true cougar! We are located just minutes away from Washington State University. Students can enjoy their own freedom by living off-campus, while still enjoying the perks of living extremely close to campus. Our apartment community offers several amenities including a sport court, an outdoor BBQ, a clubhouse, and study rooms, so students have plenty of opportunities to socialize.

Students have six different floor plans to choose from with either 1 or 2 bedroom options. We offer individual leases for our fully furnished apartments which range from 700 to 750 sq. ft each. Check out photos here!

Cougar Ridge is just a three minute drive to the WSU campus. It’s only a few minutes walk or a bike ride away. Cougar Ridge Apartments are right in the middle of many great things like arts, sports, and great food! Cougar Ridge is professionally managed by Redstone Residential.
