I ordered 2 items which were not on back-order when I ordered them. I called today to get a status and spoke to a customer service rep named Andy (?). He is the most unhelpful person I have spoken to at a company in ages. He does not understand English very well and I needed to repeat myself several times. He was unable to give me a status on my orders and he refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. He stated that there was no one else around. When I asked him if he was in charge of the call center, he said no and if I talked to anyone else theyh would just tell me the same thing This company is a scam. they do not stock parts; at best they order them once your pay them and lie about expected delivery times. Goggle their address at 8208 205 Place South, Boca Raton, Miami FL, 33434. I is a run down building at the end of a dead end street with cars parked all over the grass.

Over 3 weeks with no parts shipment. Won't respond or update order status.

Don't do business with this company!!!! Similar issues as reported by others. Ordered parts and paid over 3 weeks ago but, still haven't received. Order status shows "awaiting shipment" but hasn't been updated since the day after the order was placed. Phone number listed says it won't accept calls or isn't a valid number. On-line chat says they're available to chat until after you've typed your message and hit send then it says they're offline so leave a message but, I've left several and none have been returned. I'm going to contact PayPal to start the process of getting my money back.

Don't answer online chat or email

After giving my order and checking my Visa account I tried to contant them for a status on my order. The business "Online chat" would not respond, email also no response. Went to "US Business" website. States business has been active for 40 years but when I went to BBB to check, the company is not even listed, I checked the reviews on the US Business site and found only 7 reviews. The 4 positive reviews were done in 2016 and seemed very close to the same time and date. The 3 bad reviews were posted in 2017 and more spread out. Those seemed to echo the response i am getting

BUYER BEWARE!!! I placed an order for ONAN 214-0092 - BRUSH AC GEN (PACK/2) - Original OEM part. When my order arrived it only had a quantity of one brush in a sealed plastic bag that stated Quantity 1. I called Small Engines PRO and was told to utilize the online Chat to get resolution. I then contacted them via Chat and sent them a detailed picture of the shipping package, packing receipt and the product bag showing that only quantity 1 of the product was sent. Since then I have contacted them numerous times and I get the response "I haven't contact you because I haven't received any update about your case. Today, I have asked about it one more time. It has priority. As soon as I have an answer, any update, I will contact you." I was told that I would have an response on Feb 3, 2020. Again today Feb 10, 2020 I contacted them and they stated that I need to be patient. I guess 3 weeks is not being patient. In the meantime my generator remains inoperable.

They won't answer an email or phone calls. My order has been waiting shipment for over two weeks now. I have received an email asking if I like the product but yet to receive it.

Fraudulent advertising 

Advertises that you will receive items in stock within 2-5 days. Advertises +15 of items in stock, but in reality has none. That means you won't get your items for at least 2 weeks, if ever. Absolutely no communication after taking your money. Does not reply to emails. Called phone number listed several times, never able to speak to a real person. Thank God that I paid with PayPal and am able to get my money back.
