Welcome to Champion Martial Arts. Whether you're a child or adult, we have a program designed to meet your needs. We offer martial arts classes for children (ages 4-12) which stress character development and positive reinforcement while teaching functional self-defense skills. We offer self-defense classes for adults (13-over) as well which focus on situational self-defense (both standing as well as on the ground); we cover all ranges of defense; and you'll get in the best shape of your life :-)
