    Pros:
    The Warrenton Mill is NOT a low income housing project. I've read this on a few odd websites, and it's simply not true. As a homeowner at the Mill for the past 13 years, I can tell you that it is not low-income, so I'm not sure who is posting that kind of untrue information. What it is, is a very unique place to call home. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and many artists and creative types live at the Warrenton Mill in Torrington, CT. 
    Cons:
    The history, the architecture and character of the buildings, my fellow neighbors. It's an oasis, hidden away, in the midst of Torrington. 
    Comment:
    It's a great place to live, especially for New Yorkers who are looking for a "crash pad" in Litchfield County but don't want to go "all in" and purchase a house. And it's also a fabulous find for artists, writers and creative types.
