I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I most often use solution focused counseling within my practice. I help my clients by identifying each individual's strengths in an effort to help achieve a more balanced feeling in the world and assist with forward mobility. I believe in a whole person approach, and find that exploring all aspects of my clients lives is extremely important in helping them to achieve their goals. I work with children, adolescents, and adults.
