This technician called Gordon came to my rental after I paid the $59.99 fee for him to show up (it would be discounted on my total). The freezer wasn’t working well and he changed a filter spending less than one hour at the site and charging my tenant instead of me that contracted the job a whooping $225 for labor!! I’m considering changing career after this. Don’t call this number if you care about your money. Called the company to complain and they pretty much said that nothing could be done and it is what it is. My total for a filter exchange was $381 + $59.00!
