Welcome to WalkinTalkinTherapy. My name is Jeffrey H. Carter. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with Post-Graduate studies in Addiction Counseling. I have spent the past 9+ years working with individuals to assist in exploring their lives, addressing areas of discomfort or concern and ultimately finding solutions for improving their overall mental health and physical well-being. Recognizing that every individual is different and challenged by their own set of specific needs, the 20+ years I have invested into my own personal journey of recovery allows me to offer a wide diversity of intervention through the use of therapy & educational solutions that match client needs with the right learning and therapeutic environment.
