I first called on Moynahan Builders for a piece of siding that came loose, 8:00 am on a Monday morning, call was answered. I explained what I needed and with a very courteous and quick response I had a bid and work was done. Very happy with the work I called again with a long list that ranged from plumbing leaks, rebuild of bi-fold doors and vent hood exhaust fan repair, light fixture and ceiling fan replacement, hanging TVs, weather-stripping, electric outlets. Again quick response, polite and professional; was assured very thing on my list could be taken care of. All items were completed in a reasonable amount of time and the quality of work was excellent.
