Truly unbelievable experience with this company. Jay (owner) spoke to me in such a disrespectful way that I am amazed this man has stayed in business as long as he has. Trying to work with him to understand our new contract agreement which we thought had been resolved. He said to me, my husband and I don't take care of our business. He ended the call with he's been doing this 40 years without us and he can continue without us. Wow, never in my 44 years have I seen anyone in business treat their customers like they don't need them. Especially someone who is an owner. Good luck if you decide to use this company!
