don't communicate with customers after contract is made; don't live up to promises--ie: unit arrived dirty, cabinets swapped for cheaper ones, hardware removed; overall sloppy work finishing; many other things.

It remains to be seen.

Now they are going out of business. I was not the purchaser, but was present for the initial negotiations, then watched and listened to a family member struggle with the management to get what was promised.
