    none
    Cons:
    does not return phone calls, reports that make absolutely no sense, no follow through, does not show property unless tenant drives by property first, horrendous amount of charges if initiated by OMNI, no backup of invoices
    Comment:
    They are the worst property managers we have ever dealt with.  They are absolutely awful and should NOT be in business
