Olivia focuses on estate planning, probate, regulatory compliance, and civil matters helping clients protect what they have worked hard for. She prepares contracts, and lease agreements, establishes business entities including for-profit and non-profit organizations, develops employer handbooks and addresses issues in the workplace, and provides representation for the Town of Dover as the City Attorney. Olivia has extensive knowledge of workplace safety. She represents and defends dentists in all aspects of OSHA compliance including investigations, inspections, citations, and settlement negotiations.
