Carpet cleaning service was scheduled to today and I called in the day before to confirm my service and I was told that the technician will contact me between 2 to 5pm today. I called the office early today to reconfirm and was told with the same thing. So I moved all the furniture to make things ready for the technician and then waited. It is 5:35pm now, nothing happened, no phone calls and I called the office a couple of times, no one answered the phone. I understand things can get busy but I think it shouldn't be that hard to give us a quick phone call to let us know that there is a delay. I am very disappointed with sears cleaning service, which is the worst home service that I ever had!
