    Pros:
    NONE!
    Cons:
    Discovered when we switched the pool to salt water, the A & A Pool Service owner/installer left a paper clip attached to the Hayward Aqua Rite control circuit board. Paper clip was found by Hayward service provider. This resulted in an out of warranty repair/replacement.
    Comment:
    Owner told us: "Find another pool guy". And, we did!

    Knows and understand all aspects of pools

    Needs to improve customer support and relations
    Comment:
    Have been a customer for 17+ years. Support was good until 2018. Support now not good. After send sos for help, owner told us to get another pool guy. Had a major leak with solar aray. After leaking for one week, owner dropped us as long time customer. Recurring sales was 500/year Non-recurring included liner, solar panels and so on.
