    Pros:
    Nice man; hardworking.
    Cons:
    Stained treated lumber immediately after building deck. Installed several pieces of broken lumber. Left foot prints on the deck as he walked on it when stain was still wet.
    Comment:
    Extremely disappointed. Deck has to be replaced. Owner/builder did not respond to my efforts at communication.
