We purchased a used ice machine from Richland Fixtures Inc. for $790. Jim Nelson (President) delivered and installed the machine, and provided a written 90 day warranty. Within 24 hours we had problems, which continued throughout the 90 day warranty period. The machine would simply not work and the company could not fix it. When I asked Jim Nelson to honor the warranty and replace the machine, he ignored all my calls and texts, and never again responded. We had been a good customer of Richland Fixtures Inc., having purchased more than $2500 in equipment. We had to file suit against Richland Fixtures Inc. in Crawford County Municipal Court and were granted a judgment for the $790.
