Our Ombudsman team advocates for long-term care residents' rights & quality of care. Pro Seniors' Legal Helpline is free to anyone age 60 or over living in Ohio - call to schedule a phone appointment. Ohio Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) empowers seniors to avoid, recognize and report suspected Medicare fraud & scams. Volunteer with us!
