The screens of our screened in porch were heavily damaged by Hurricane Sandy. We called several companies and A&A screen gave us an excellent estimate; so we had them do the work. Adam came to our home with his wife. He came without a ladder and asked to borrow ours; which he subsequently broke and never offered to pay for. We were very satisfied with the work after it was completed, as it looked like a quality repair. However, shortly after the repair, the screens began falling down and coming apart. My husband and I left several voice mails, countless unanswered phone calls, and multiple emails. We have never heard back from this company, and our screens are still broken. It is shameful that a company would take advantage of a hurricane victim, do a poor job, and ignore attempts to contact; they basically took our money and ran. Almost 2 years letter and this company has made no attempts to contact us back to resolve this issue and my screens are still in disrepair, as we cannot afford to hire another company and we are not able to make the necessary repairs ourselves.
