    Never showed up or called
    Comment:
    Was suppose to arrive at 3pm for an estimate, nobody showed up or called. I called them back at 3:30pm to find out what happened. I was told that they would call the estimator and call me back. Another 30mins went by and no call back. I attempted to call them back again at 4pm, and my call was sent to voicemail. I left a message and currently still waiting for a return call. Not a very reliable company if they can't arrive for appointments or return calls.
