    Horrible customer service
    Comment:
    Called on Saturday stating my heat wasn't working properly and that I was also looking to have my ac serviced as well. He offered me a deal for 60.00 for each service vs 80.00. I said ok but will you come back after I pay you for both since he told me the weather has to be warmer for an ac check, he laughed and said yes. My apt was for today 5/16 at 4pm, 440 comes around,  no call no show. I texted him and told him not to bother since he's so late and couldn't call/text. He said ok, have a good day, I said wow horrible customer service.  He replied with thanks, I don't need cheap customers like you now don't waste my time. He hadn't even been here yet!!! Horrible, horrible..don't use. And he didn't care that I was going to leave a bad review.
