Child neglect, child abuse terrible

Children are left to sit with poop for hours, children are not fed lunch and it was 1:30 and it was still not being prepared. Children's clothes never come home. Children are left to cry all day. I did a pop up and experience the worst thing a mother could experience. First I was told that I had to call before coming if it was not my normal scheduled pick up time. I stood at the door for 15 minutes when going to pick my kids up and listened to them cry and the providers aid they just started. 7 month old baby left in a room alone in a bouncer to cry with poop all over her and her clothes. I was told that the kids  had not had lunch yet bet the provider had put them down for nap and nap is not over until 3pm.My other daughter was sitting on the chair in the same spot as i left her with a soaking wet diaper. As if she had not been changed since i dropped them off  at 9 that morning. When I told her my kids would not be back after only being there two days all of their diapers, mik, and clothes mysteriously disappeared. Worst Ever.
